If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Buyer will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning the applicable items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. It is also advised to use shipping insurance for the item being returned.
If the buyer is shipping an item worth over $75, buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service or at least purchasing shipping insurance.
